Choco Nutty Smoothie

This delicious chocolate-flavoured smoothie is the perfect treat after your long run. The proteins from soya milk and the peanut from peanut butter are all you need to re-energise and refuel yourself post your workout!

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 1


Chocolate-flavoured soya milk 200ml
Banana 50gm
Peanut butter 10gm
Sunflower seeds 5gm

method of preparation

1. Blend all the ingredients to a smooth consistency.

2. Pour in a glass.

3. Top with roasted sunflower seeds and savour it!.

Note: Feel free to adjust the consistency with water or ice as per your taste.
