Peanut Butter Toast

Ingredients
Whole wheat bread | 2 slices (50gm) |
Peanut butter | 30gm |
Nuts (almonds/cashewnuts crushed) | 10gm |
Cinnamon | ½ tsp. |
Sunflower seeds | 1tsp |
Sesame | 10gm |
method of preparation
1. Toast the bread slices and spread peanut butter on 1 side of each slice. to 3 minutes or until it becomes soft. Allow it to cool down.
2. Top with crushed nuts, sprinkle powdered cinnamon, roasted sunflower seeds and sesame.
3. Relish the wonderful toast!
