Peanut Butter Toast

Whole wheat bread 2 slices (50gm)
Peanut butter 30gm
Nuts (almonds/cashewnuts crushed) 10gm
Cinnamon ½ tsp.
Sunflower seeds 1tsp
Sesame 10gm

method of preparation

1. Toast the bread slices and spread peanut butter on 1 side of each slice. to 3 minutes or until it becomes soft. Allow it to cool down.

2. Top with crushed nuts, sprinkle powdered cinnamon, roasted sunflower seeds and sesame.

3. Relish the wonderful toast!
