|Sweet potato(cooked, peeled and pureed)||100gm|
|Raisins||8-10 units (10gm)|
|Baking powder||¼ tsp|
|Cinnamon (grounded)||¼ tsp|
|Nutmeg (grounded)||¼ tsp|
|Olive oil||1 tsp (5ml)|
method of preparation
1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together until smooth. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more milk to make it thinner (consistency should be a little thicker than a dosa batter).
2. Pour a spoonful of the batter in a non-stick pan and cook over medium flame until bubbles appear on the surface.
3. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions and garlic until light brown.
4. Garnish with raisins and the pancake is ready to serve!
