Total Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 1

Ingredients

Whole wheat flour 30gm
Sweet potato(cooked, peeled and pureed) 100gm
Egg 1
Milk (whole) 50ml
Raisins 8-10 units (10gm)
Honey 1 tsp
Baking powder ¼ tsp
Cinnamon (grounded) ¼ tsp
Nutmeg (grounded) ¼ tsp
Olive oil 1 tsp (5ml)

1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together until smooth. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more milk to make it thinner (consistency should be a little thicker than a dosa batter).

2. Pour a spoonful of the batter in a non-stick pan and cook over medium flame until bubbles appear on the surface.

3. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions and garlic until light brown.

4. Garnish with raisins and the pancake is ready to serve!
