Ingredients
Whole wheat flour | 30gm |
Sweet potato(cooked, peeled and pureed) | 100gm |
Egg | 1 |
Milk (whole) | 50ml |
Raisins | 8-10 units (10gm) |

Cinnamon (grounded) | ¼ tsp |
Nutmeg (grounded) | ¼ tsp |
Olive oil | 1 tsp (5ml) |
method of preparation
1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together until smooth. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more milk to make it thinner (consistency should be a little thicker than a dosa batter).
2. Pour a spoonful of the batter in a non-stick pan and cook over medium flame until bubbles appear on the surface.
3. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions and garlic until light brown.
4. Garnish with raisins and the pancake is ready to serve!
