method of preparation
1. Pierce the sweet potatoes all over with a fork. Microwave on high temperature for 5 to 10 minutes, turning over once or twice, or until the centre is soft.
2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, squeeze lime juice and sprinkle chaat masala on walnuts and combine well.
3. Roughly chop the sweet potatoes into medium chunks, drizzle honey and spread the nut mixture evenly over them.
