Banana Orange Smoothie

This refreshing smoothie will provide you with the much-needed proteins and carbs to replenish your body stores after a tiring workout. The blend of sweet and sour would be just perfect to make you feel refreshed.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 1


Soya milk 150ml
Banana 50gm
Orange juice 75ml
Almonds 3-4 units
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Flax seeds 1 tsp

method of preparation

1. Blend all the ingredients to a smooth consistency.

2. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder.

3. Pour in a glass

4. Top with flax seeds and savour it!
