Tandoori Fish Tikka

Tandoori fish tikka is a famous non-veg snack filled with the goodness of proteins. The rich proteins of fish and yoghurt help in tissue repair and muscle recovery essential after a strenuous workout.

Ingredients

Boneless fish 75 g
Yoghurt 25 g
Garam masala ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder ¼ tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Pepper powder ¼ tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Garlic (crushed) 3-4 clove
Ginger (crushed) ¼ inch
Salt As per taste

method of preparation

1. Wash and clean the fish. Cut it into cubes, then apply salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, lemon juice and keep aside for 10 mins.

2. Add garlic-ginger in yoghurt and mix well.

3. Dip the fish cubes in the yoghurt mix and let it marinate for 6 to 8 hours (the more you can marinate, the better).

4. Gently put the fish tikkas, on a thin skewer and cook in a preheated oven at 240° C for 15 minutes, flipping once.
