A runner who never liked running, but still you would find her on track running 4 days a week, because she believes that ‘ Transformation is the only constant ‘.
Fitness became an integral part of life when she was diagnosed with some spinal cord issues after the birth of her second child. She was told that she had to do something soon about it. And thereby the journey begins.
She is a self motivated runner practicing under a certified Coach. She draws a parallel between running marathons as well as managing her home front. She has done two full marathons, a dozen half marathons and numerous 10k.
It gives her immense sense of accomplishment once she completed her LADAKH FULL MARATHON 2022 . Timing is never her main target, she believes that if one is enjoying the process, remaining injury free, and trains consistent….PB’s will definitely follow.
Running has not only changed her physically but also transformed her mentally as she believes “NO HUMAN IS LIMITED”.
In her maiden pacing endeavour her focus will be to engage with the runners, motivate all in the bus ,to finish on time and emerge as a winner in their own stride.
