introduction
For the past 17 years, the 3rd Sunday of October has brought the entire city of Delhi NCR together as one and inspires many to take up the challenge to push themselves beyond what is possible. The Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon returns after a hiatus of 2 years to bring not only people of the city but citizens across the globe together once again.
The Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon is more than just a sporting event. It also provides one of the largest fundraising platforms to more than 280+ NGOs through its Philanthropy pillar and has raised 77.76 Cr over the years. Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon is an opportunity for all sections of society, from the communities served, school children, youth, homemakers and most importantly the running community, to do more for the section of society they feel strongly for and for building awareness and raising funds. Along with its Philanthropy partner United Way Delhi, we hope to make the Philanthropy pillar even larger this year and hope to have a positive impact on millions of lives.
