Only those individuals who are fully vaccinated (at least two doses) with COVID-19 vaccination approved by WHO can apply for the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2022; a vaccination certificate certifying the same must be uploaded while applying for the race. Such confirmed participants can collect their running bibs from the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon Expo. The file size should not exceed 1 MB in .jpeg /.png /pdf format.

No, Entry to the half marathon race category is only against a timing certificate (except limited places for Women’s criteria and Charity running places). You may participate in one of the upcoming races & get a timing certificate. To view Half Marathon confirmation criteria click here
Please note, the timing certificate will have to be given at the time of registration and cannot be submitted later.
To encourage women’s participation, there are a limited number of running places reserved for women applicants who cannot submit a timing certificate or do not fall within the timings criteria.
Yes. You can participate in the Open 10K race category without a prior timing certificate under general criteria.
Participation in the Champions with Disability (CWD) is open for individuals with the following disabilities: physical/locomotor disability, intellectual impairment, visual impairment, hearing impairment and orthopedic or neurological disorder.
We recommend participants of the Champions with Disability be accompanied by his/her Buddy (attendant) on race day. The buddy must be 18 years and above (born on or before 15th October 2004) and fully vaccinated (as approved by WHO) at the time of registration.
Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their photograph with their face clearly visible whilst submitting the application; the photograph size should not exceed 1 MB in .jpeg and .png format.

All participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and matched with the photo provided at the time of registration. If the photo provided during registration does not match with the race day photo of the confirmed participant, the registered runner will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event.
Yes, applicants need to attach their Govt. issued photo ID proof whilst submitting the application; the photograph size should not exceed 1 MB in .jpeg and .png format.

Govt. issued photo ID proof will include documents like Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhaar Card.
Yes, for your donation, it is mandatory to submit your PAN details asked during the registration process.
Yes, it is mandatory for an overseas applicant to submit the passport number and PAN details (if applicable) in case of donation.

An overseas applicant can apply ONLY through online registrations

An online applicant can pay ONLY via credit card, net banking, debit card, UPI and payment wallets.

Post 7 days of registration, individual applicants are required to go to the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon website, login into their profile using the registered email id and check “my profile section” for their application status.

No. An individual can apply only for one race category at the on-ground event. Multiple applications will entail all being rejected.
Yes, you can register for both on-ground and virtual event, using the same email id.
Yes, you can login with the same email id and proceed to the virtual race category section, pay and register in case you have already registered for the on-ground race category previously.

Yes, you can register for both the formats in the same race category and if confirmed, run on the same day, although for virtual race category, you will only be tracked via Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon app.

a. Once applied, no requests for refund of application fee will be entertained, under any circumstances.
b. Where your application is rejected for reasons whatsoever, including not having uploaded the required fully vaccination certificate, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 28th November 2022. An amount of ₹ 150 will be deducted as processing charges.
c. Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2022 edition and till the time registrations are open or running places are available. The amount against unused codes can be refunded after deducting the processing fees of INR 150. The refund will be made by 30th December 2022.
d. Application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the Expo or not allowed to run on the race day due to high temperature or being unwell.
e. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 28th November 2022.

Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your application is not confirmed for any reason, the application fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 28th November 2022. An amount of ₹150 will be deducted as processing charges. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 28th November 2022.

Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2022 edition and till the time registrations are open or running places are available. Once you have applied for a particular race category, you cannot change your race category.
Yes, all finishers of the Half Marathon/Open 10K race categories will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners). While provisional results will be available by 5 pm on race day, timing certificates of marathon finishers will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in post 21 working days from race day.
The Great Delhi Run category is a participative, fun run. Being a non-timed category, finish timings of participants will not be captured; timing certificates will not be issued for this category.
Participation certificates of Great Delhi run participants will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ post 7 working days from race day. No Medal will be given to participants of Great Delhi Run.
Timing certificates are not provided to participants of the Senior Citizens’ Run category. Participation certificates of senior citizens’ run participants will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ post 7 working days from race day. No Medal will be given to participants of Senior Citizens’ Run.
No, timing certificates and medals are not provided to participants of Champions With Disability. All finishers of the Champions with Disability race category will get the participation lapel pin post their run on race day (lapel pins will not be posted to individual runners). Participation certificates of CWD participants will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ post 7 working days from race day.

Application confirmation will be sent on your registered email id and will also be updated in the “my profile section” on the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon website. You need to login with your registered email id to view your “my profile section”.

No. An applicant has to sign/agree to the waiver/consent himself/herself. You cannot register on your friend’s behalf.
Your application for the marathon/half marathon will be confirmed based on the confirmation criteria mentioned above. Please note, confirmation is subject to –
  1. Verification of valid timing certificate submitted by you.
  2. Verification of documents, where applicable, submitted by you.
  3. Verification of your application’s eligibility under each criterion.
  4. Availability of running spaces under each criterion.
  5. Entry Rules and Guidelines.
  6. Verification of the vaccination certificate submitted by you.

Group entries will be accepted ONLY for the Great Delhi Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability category. There has to be a minimum of 20 individual entries to comprise a group.

a. Point of contact for the group/ corporate (POC) to fill the pre-requisite form or email the request to corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required in the Great Delhi Run race category, mentioning the group name.
b. Post submission of the group/ corporate pre-requisite form, the POC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members.
c. On making online payment, POC to share online payment receipt on corporateregistration@procam.in group/corporate details.
d. On receiving payment confirmation, a receipt voucher of registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the POC’s email address (as mentioned in the pre-requisite form).
e. The Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon registration team will email POC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.
f. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the online codes issued by PIPL.
g. By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the on-ground Great Delhi Run/Senior Citizens’ Run/Champions With Disability category. However, where he/she wants to, the team member can make an additional payment in the form of donation for a NGO of his/her choice; such payment will not be sponsored by the group/corporate in question.
h. Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using codes before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for the on-ground Great Delhi Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability category at the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2022 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
i. Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2022 edition and till the time registrations are open or running places are available. The amount against unused codes can be refunded after deducting the processing fees of INR 150. The refund will be made by 30th December 2022.
j. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their POC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running bib number from the DHM Expo separately.
k. All requisite mandatories (health protocols and submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.

a. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (POC) to fill the pre-requisite form or email the request to corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required in the Great Delhi Run/Senior Citizens’ Run/Champions With Disability race category, mentioning the group name.
b. The Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon registration team will email POC the common code required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.
c. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the common code issued by PIPL, and pay the applicable entry fee.
d. Purchasing the common code does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using code before the registration end date or until the running spaces are available for the on-ground Great Delhi Run category at the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2022 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
e. All requisite mandatories (health protocols and submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.

a. Running number bibs must be collected by all participants from the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2022 from Thursday, 13th October to Saturday, 15th October 2022.
For this edition, participants will be given options to choose their bib pick-up time slot; overseas and outstation participants will get a slot preference for Saturday 15th October 2022. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

b. It is mandatory for all individual participants of the Half Marathon and Open 10K race categories to collect their running numbers personally from the Bib Collection Centre within the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2022 Expo. Confirmed participants must carry along following documents in order to collect his/her number bib:
(i) Application confirmation.
(ii) Govt. approved photo ID proof.

c. In case of unavoidable circumstances, a runner confirmed in any of the above 2 mentioned race categories can send his/her representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running number bib on behalf of more than ONE participant. Please note, the representative collecting the running number bib must be fully vaccinated, and must carry a soft copy of his/her vaccination certificate to enter the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2022 Expo premises. The representative must carry along following documents for number bib collection:
(i) Application confirmation.
(ii) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner.
(iii) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.

d. Group collection for Great Delhi Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability participants: A group can send their representative/s to collect the running number bibs on behalf of their team members. Running number bibs of the entire group participating in Great Delhi Run, Senior Citizens’ run and/or Champions With Disability category/ies will be handed over at one go. Groups need to select bib pick-up slots online. Please note, the representative/s collecting the number bibs must be fully vaccinated, and must carry a soft copy of his/her vaccination certificate to enter the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2022 Expo premises. The representative/s need to carry the following documents for collection of number bibs:
(i) Printed copy of group confirmation email sent across to the group’s point person
(ii) Printed copy of signed letter on the NGO/company letterhead authorising the representative/s to collect number bibs on behalf of the group.
(iii) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.

e. No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses for whatsoever reasons. Further, no number bibs will be handed over to any participant post the declared closing hours of the Expo – by 5 p.m. on Saturday, 15th October 2022 to all race category participants.

Your application can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below. A regret email will be sent to the email ID mentioned in the form spelling out the reason for not accepting your application.
  1. Incomplete form submitted.
  2. Waiver & consent not signed.
  3. Applicant is underage for the race chosen.
  4. Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft submitted.
  5. More than one application received from the same applicant for an on-ground event.
  6. Short receipt or non-receipt of application fee.
  7. Required documents not attached/submitted/submitted documents not valid.
  8. Running places are full.
  9. Failed to upload full vaccination certificate during registration.
  10. Any other reason
a. Once applied, no requests for refund of application fees will be entertained, under any circumstances.
b. Where your application is rejected for reasons whatsoever, including not having uploaded the required fully vaccination certificate at the time of registration, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 28th November 2022. An amount of ₹ 150 will be deducted as processing charges. You will be required to provide your bank details on a link provided by the payment gateway team (Team Razorpay) to process the refund amount. NOTE: Donations made (if any) at the time of registration cannot be refunded for reasons whatsoever, including entry rejections.
c. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 28th November 2022.

Unregistered applicants can approach the participating NGOs (registered with the Philanthropy Partner, United Way Delhi) for availing Charity Running Places, which are available by making a donation. Charity Running Places will be available till 7th October 2022 or until charity running places are available, whichever is earlier.
(i) Relevant confirmation criteria will be applicable for the timed race categories
(ii) Applicants availing charity running places will mandatorily need to follow all required Health Protocols
(iii) Such applicants will also need to submit all the necessary mandatory documents as specified in the application process.
(iv) Charity Bibs are available from 2nd September 2022. Those registering post 30th September will not have their names on the bibs and will be allotted the last line-up section in the timed race categories.

No. All participants must come to the Expo to collect their Bibs.
No, it cannot be transferred to somebody else. Race day images of participants will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participants is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2023. Further, Procam International reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.
IMPORTANT: All running bibs have a unique barcode affixed to it. This barcode is synced to the personal details of the registrant, including photographs, submitted by them while registering. All running bibs will be scanned at the entrances of the event venue. Persons without a bib or wearing an incorrect or invalid bib, or where the photograph submitted along with the form does not match with the person wanting to enter the venue, WILL NOT be allowed entry. For Groups, do make sure that you distribute bibs as per the list shared with the group POC and assigned by the Promoter. You are sincerely advised NOT TO EXCHANGE THE RUNNING BIB WITH ANOTHER PARTICIPANT/PERSON. Procam International will also blacklist the group from participating in the next edition if the group is found to have distributed bibs to non-registered participants/incorrect participants.
No, we will not be able to replace any bib once it has been collected from our end.
No. Requests for registration will not be entertained after closure of respective registration dates.

Yes, you can complete your Procam Slam cycle by successfully completing the half marathon in the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon
2022 (VDHM 2022). Performance at Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2022 will not be taken into account for someone who is starting their new Procam Slam cycle. For more details please visit https://www.procam.in/procam-slam-2022

Only Confirmed half marathon men and women participants will receive a Puma race day singlet and a Puma race day t-shirt respectively, at the Bib Collection Center within the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2022 Expo. We will try our best to accommodate the singlet/tee size selected by you. However, if unavailable, the next best available size singlet/tee will be offered. Any requests for change in sizes/colour will not be entertained. Please note no race day singlet/tee will be couriered to anyone pre or post the event.

Gearing up for online registration, save time and effort by paying attention to the appended instructions before you proceed:
* Keep scanned copy of your photo ID proof, passport size photograph and vaccine certificate files ready in .jpeg/ .png format (file size not more than 1 MB), before you click the “Proceed” button at the bottom.

The Half Marathon runner is given a year band that shows the number of years the runner has run and completed the Half Marathon race since its inception. For example, if the runner has run and completed the half marathon race category in Delhi half marathon since 2005, the year band given in 2022, if he/she participates in Half Marathon race category, will be 15 years and running.

Please note:

  • To receive the correct year band, the runner’s first name, last name, and date of birth must remain same throughout their participation runs. To change/confirm your year band, please email us at vedantadelhihalfmarathon@procam.in , along with supporting documentation such as ID proof and bib numbers from previous half marathons.
  • For the year band, virtual participation is not considered.
  • The year band is only applicable to the half marathon race category in the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon.
