You can participate in the following race distances mentioned below.

• Half Marathon(21.097 KM)
• Open 10K (10 KM)
• Great Delhi Run (5 KM)

You will have to complete your selected race category, using the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App within the time band from 12:01 am, 13th October 2023 to 11:59 pm on 15th October 2023, without a break.

Registration Starts on Thursday, 3rd August 2023, 7 AM IST

Registration Ends on Wednesday, 11th October, 11.59 PM IST or as soon as running places are filled, whichever is earlier.

There is no upper age limit for any race category.

No. The registration for the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2023 (Virtual Event) can only be done online here.

Yes, you can register your group/corporate members together.

A minimum of 20 participants consider it a group/corporate registration. 

A] Group Registration Process where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees for the VDHM Virtual race categories.

a. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (PoC) to or email the request to corporateregistration@procam.in with a number of registrations required in each race category of the virtual event, mentioning the group name.

b. Post receiving the group/ corporate group registration email request, the PoC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members.

c. On making online payments, PoC is to share online payment receipts on corporateregistration@procam.in with group/corporate details.

d. On receiving payment confirmation, a receipt voucher of registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the PoC’s email address. 

e. The VDHM registration team will email PoC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group. 

f. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the online codes issued by PIPL.

g. By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees. 

h. Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using codes before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for all race categories of the virtual event at the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2023 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.

i. Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2023 edition and till the time registrations are open or running places are available. The amount against unused codes can be refunded after deducting the processing fees of INR 150. The refund will be made by 30th December 2023.

j. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their PoC, will not be considered to be part of the group. 

k. All requisite mandatories will apply for all team members registering under the group.  

B] Group Registration Process where individual team members/ employees will be paying their own entry fees for the VDHM Virtual races. 

a. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (PoC) to or email the request to corporateregistration@procam.in with a number of registrations required in each race category of the virtual event, mentioning the group name.

b. The VDHM registration team will email PoC the common code required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.  

c. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the common code issued by PIPL, and pay the applicable entry fee.

d. Purchasing the common code does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using code before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for all race categories of the virtual event at the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2023 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.

e. All requisite mandatories will apply for all team members registering under the group.

Yes, all members of the group need to register individually here with the online code issued by us.

Yes, post receiving the group/ corporate group registration email request on corporatregistration@procam.in, the PoC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members.

Yes, you can request for Group/Corporate registrations where each member can make individual payments, using common code. You can send your request at corporateregistration@procam.in

Once the applicant has paid for the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2023 (Virtual Event), requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained.

Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your application is rejected for reasons whatsoever, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 30th November 2023. An amount of ₹ 50 will be deducted as processing charges. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post-30th November 2023. Notwithstanding anything mentioned before, top-up donations, where made, will not be refunded under any circumstance of whatsoever nature.

No. You cannot register on your friend's behalf.

The registration fee paid is exclusively for your race category participation in the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2023. The registration fee is not, in part or full, payable for any offers/promotions/ discounts/goodies/race day tee, etc. These, if offered, will be by event sponsors/partners/ brands through the Event Promoter separately.

No. Goodie bags are not given to any participant of the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2023 Virtual Event.

Participants of the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2023 Virtual Event will receive their physical gratification on or before 31st January 2024. Participants can download e-medal and e-certificate, from their Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon web profile (https://vedantadelhihalfmarathon.procam.in/) latest by 30th November 2023.

Half Marathon

• We are reserving 1000 Half Marathon non-complimentary spots, each, for male and female finishers of the virtual Half Marathon. These spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the next edition of the event only. Entry rules and guidelines will apply.
• 50 men and 50 women finishers of the half marathon, selected by random drawing, will earn a special VDHM tee. 

Open 10K

• We are reserving 250 Open 10K non-complimentary spots, each, for male and female finishers of the virtual Open 10K. These spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the next edition of the event only. Entry rules and guidelines will apply.
• 50 men and 50 women finishers of the Open 10K, selected by random drawing, will earn a special VDHM tee. 

Great Delhi Run (5K)

• We are reserving 250 Great Delhi Run non-complimentary spots, each, for male and female finishers of the virtual Great Delhi Run. These spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the next edition of the event only. Entry rules and guidelines will apply.
• 50 men and 50 women finishers of the Dream Run, selected by random drawing, will earn a special VDHM tee. 

You will have to complete your selected race category, using the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App, within the time band from 12:01 am, 14th October 2023 to 11:59 pm on 15th October 2023. The race distance chosen must be completed at one go (without any breaks). In case any breaks are taken for any reason, the elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time. You will have to complete the race within 24 hours of starting the race, or before 11:59 pm on 15th October 2023, whichever is earlier, on the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App. 

Your performance will be validated by our verification team and will be confirmed latest by 15th November 2023.

No, you cannot participate in the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2023 without paying the registration fee or registering.

No, race day tee is not offered to anyone participating in the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2023 Virtual Event.

No. Participation in the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2023 virtual event will not be considered for the Procam Slam.

No, the timing certificate of virtual race will not be considered for applying in on-ground events.

No. An individual can apply only for one race category. Multiple applications will entail all being rejected.

Yes, you can register for both the formats in the same race category and if confirmed, run on the same day, although for virtual race category, you will only be tracked via Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App. Further, only those participants registered for on-ground categories will have access to the official Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon race routes during the official run period on 15th October 2023. Virtual runners must avoid running on the official route during the run period.

Yes, you can login with the same email id and proceed to the virtual race category section, pay and register in case you have already registered for on-ground race category previously.

Yes, you can register for both the formats in the same race category and if confirmed, run on the same day, although for the virtual race category, you will only be tracked via Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App. Further, only those participants registered for on-ground categories will have access to the official Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2023 race routes during the official run period on 15^th October 2023. Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App will be available for download on both Android and IOS devices. We will inform all virtual participants via email once it is available for download. 

Complete your registered race any day between 13th October (00:01 hrs) & 15th October 2023 (till 23:59 hrs) after selecting the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon Race button on the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App, which will count towards your final results for the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon Virtual event.

No, you are required to participate in the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2023 Virtual Event from the comfort of your location/vicinity using only the dedicated Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App. Please avoid using the official race route during your final run.

You can run, walk, jog to complete your registered distance. Cycling, treadmill & wheelchair activities and activities with unusual pace are not allowed and such non-permitted activities will be disqualified.

Practice Run option will be available on the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App. Dates when practice runs can commence will be intimated on the website and on social handles - keep visiting these sites for regular updates.  During practice runs, you will be able to attempt the distance chosen multiple times - it's important you get accustomed to the APP and check mobile network connectivity before attempting the actual run on 14th/15th October 2023. Once you complete the distance that you have registered for, it gets automatically submitted to our system. The race distance chosen must be completed at one go (without any breaks). In case any breaks are taken for any reason, the elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time. 

While only Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App tracking data shall be considered for your Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon ranking and timing results, there may be timing/distance mismatch of your completed race between Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App and any other app or wearable device. In such scenarios, depending on the discrepancy, we will accept the GPX file of the other distance tracking app to validate the same. All you need to do is to send the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App screenshot, along with the GPX file of another distance tracking app to vdhm.appsupport@procam.in  and the team will get back to you in 48-72 working hours.

No, you will not be able to sync your wearable device with the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon app. In case of any timing/distance mismatch of your completed race between Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App and any other app or wearable device. In such scenarios, depending on the discrepancy, we will accept the GPX file of the other distance tracking app to validate the same. All you need to do is to send the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App screenshot, along with the GPX file of another distance tracking app to vdhm.appsupport@procam.in  and the team will get back to you in 48-72 working hours.

If the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App crashed during your run, you can resume using the app and the app will continue as required.

No. Runners are provided with just one chance to complete their run between 14th October (00:01 hrs) & 15th October 2023 (till 23:59 hrs), using Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App. The race distance chosen must be completed at one go (without any breaks). In case any breaks are taken for any reason, the elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time. 

Maximum allowed duration is 24 hrs to complete the race, or before 11:59 pm on Sunday, 15th October 2023. 

Yes. You can pause as many times as required. The elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time.
